        It's time.

Nearly 14 years have now passed since trial. Only a fraction of that spent incarcerated and many years released with no encumbrances. There is still a certain level(s) of  appeal I can and intend to take. I am not guilty. The weight of what was done to my family and I by others, to the lack of defense counsel(s) capable of handling a case like this (and) the regime of former District Attorney Martin Beeson with a few members of his staff does need to be righted. A huge amount has been done already in appeals stages in the years since but at some point, I had to slow it completely down.  

I was diagnosed with a blood and bone marrow cancer, that so far has no cure, shortly after arriving in Denver in 2012.  It is uncommon and the levels I have hold offshoots that are fairly rare.   Also one of the most expensive, if not the most accumulated expensive of the cancer types there is.  The scientific strides being made in extending life and locating a cure rank in the top of the world of blood and marrow cancers.

I am now 14 years into that diagnosis and though still holding no cure; I reached remission a little over two years ago. 

I do see the irony in the entire thing, however. 

The six primary "Architects" (Marianne Virgili, Deborah Thomas, Elsa Mitchell, Debra Streit, Jim Ryan, Sarah Hyatt) of my case, who brought all this about and who harmed so many innocents along their paths, had many secrets to cover and they were excellent at their effective strategy to viral shift focus away from themselves and away from the areas of their lives they withheld from public and law view and the entities they were deceiving.  With that said, there was also a deep resentment from their egos in being challenged at all. Thus their personality types obviously felt like, and looked like, that the most joyous thing they could have hoped for was for me to give up exposing what I had seen and found and just disappear...i.e...their 'campaign' was born, coordinated and carried out.  

Basically, have me sort of 'die'. 

The irony is that my health issue was discovered in the first weeks of being incarcerated in Denver and LaVista.  I "thank" each of those five females and the one male; for literally having it backfire on them. Instead, saving my life. Which has been the end result of their efforts. I never would have gone to a doctor and discovered what is often known as a silent killer until probably too late.

 Besides all harmed, and  the public funds of the CDOC calculated nearly 5 million in medical costs alone while I stayed to get treatment; in addition to four State funded appeal attorneys, two State funded Defense attorneys, a huge prosecution, 9th Judicial that refused evidence and hearings, and for one of  the Architects named above now decades long unstopped  nefarious activities. Besides what may be shock of now hearing the reality of facts you never got to hear before, tell me: is the sum total of this whole, concocted by these people, enough for you? 

The (proven) coordinator of the entire campaign to drive us to bankruptcy in the first place is/was Marianne Virgili. 

Once she was discovered by one of my daughters and I; I filed a civil case against Virgili in 2009 in the 9th District. Long before arrest and prior to filing bankruptcy. For various reasons (and) after a bit of a mud-fight with Tony Durrett; I won a legal power and slowed it, without prejudice, to focus on this case. Also prior to arrest.

In addition to appeal on this case, civil can and will handle the rest of it. Any delaying now is done in order to see if the public entities who you thought were handling your publicly given monies (GSCRA, Tourism, City, County, Federal) with trust and security are going to finally stand up and follow through with the shutting of Virgili down, that they began  in the early 2000's when she was first turned in by others. Obviously, the slap on the wrist they gave back then only pushed her to change her tactics. 

She is not hard to track. 

If honest power follows through.

It is so ironic to me that even after the magnitude of a case like mine cost all so very much; and the slandering of the employees who turned her in, that in the past hurt them so deeply: To this day, not one person in law enforcement and/or authority have ever come straight out and asked me what I stumbled across in her project and what I know. Maybe after really scouring this blog and all it holds, at least one of them will care enough about you...to dig into Marianne's life. 

Here's a clue to start them off: Just the one project I was on cost you all hundreds of thousands of dollars in the the convoluted bookkeeping circle of the Virgili's. Same bookkeeper for CPA, Chamber, Contractor, their personals and Construction loan(s). Same circle for all her credit cards and uses of public credit for personal. Focus just on tracking the decades of Marianne. Total cost to the public is likely astounding. This is not "slander" on my part.  Why? The Virgili's handled/handle all their own funds and actions. No one else has laid out their path and when dug into, facts spoken of here are all there. 

Apparently, none have ever had the guts to socially stand up to her or the absence of personal greed to look thoroughly enough.      

So.

It's time to put out there a halt to active keeping at this time, to this blog. No harm, no foul to myself or family after all this time. Anything being posted is provable truth, fact and record. Plus everyone, including family, that has some fact etc. to expose, already know/knew who they are and the choices they made then and make now. No surprises here, except maybe to some authorities. 

All that time, and to a large extent, giving those predators time to keep on digging themselves deeper did work. Not only getting them focused in other ways, they remained/remain true to their personalities and traits. Time backed up all the way to the beginning has given legally tracked and binding trails to their choices.  There are court records in two counties (Garfield and Mesa mostly), sworn trial testimonies, FBI IC-3 tracks and more. The only things that have not "gone away" are the things they worked so hard to conceal. 

It's a pretty clear spotlight and all of their own making.

Things and 'time', amplified by the fact that up until more than 7 years ago, I was completely out of the picture.

The only spotlight(s) for authorities and public left are these "Architects" of their own campaign. 

Watching them and the timeline of their coordinated restart over the 7 years since: it is unfortunate that they learned nothing and have continued pursuing. 

Including, as recently as a couple weeks from the date of this post: my family. 

So, based on their now decades of choice: it's "time" to close a few holes and continue patiently waiting and watching to gauge the right time to plug the rest.  

Wait and see what they all, including authorities; do.     

Time, which was also primarily given in order for two out of three of my surviving children to get young families on solid footing (and) spend some years reflecting on  their own choices. 

And also to give the "Architect's" the ability to now review and remember, albeit maybe only in personal reflections, what they actually did/accomplished covering up. 

Fear of the ramifications of extensive perjury and lying to law enforcement, fear of recalling vividly those trails of record they left behind; in addition to what they want to remain hidden is likely very tough to handle.

The other thing that this blog content now does is give all the additional time, albeit that time now growing shorter for them, the opportunity to do the right things rather than the self-preserving, covering and easy things. 

As stated, it's 'time' now.
