We're not talking about simple complaints or reviews. Over 5000 pages at the time, of everything from rip-off sites, to made up porn sites, professional sites and dating sites (even targeting my now deceased (and at the time very young and vulnerable) son and one of my daughters)), to every viral social media site there is. Even to this day it often continues with hate and stalking content. Some I have managed to get pulled down but without source IP's, passwords, emails; it's impossible to tackle that much. I was successful, however, in closely following all federal rules (internet crosses state's lines) in getting a Federal IC-3 case opened up. https://duirconstructionanddesign.blogspot.com/ . (Which is where I talk about that case. It's a now confiscated URL that held such vicious content that Google took it down when I pursued. They used my legally owned business name and my name; both of which are mine alone. Google gave me control of the site. They called their blog: "Nightmares at Duir Designs" which is now retitled as: "Designs of a Nightmare").
I comment elsewhere on this site that "Political Russians had nothing on these guys". Amateurs in comparison to the coordination these predators had/have.
This world we live in is filled with people out there that live and thrive on trolling and pursuing. People who create the like, of what those who targeted us not only started, but built and spread as solid as unbreakable steel. Very effective in diverting attention off themselves.
With that said, the one thing that seems to be pretty effective is to publicly expose the creators when possible.
Let's test that theory on some exposure of a Troll that has been at it since I met him once, 16 years ago: Michael Mayer.
1. This is one Troll who has been at it for a very long time. Long before I came along. He has been at it for years and has many more victims other than myself and my family. In his Colorado focus he's been supported by the apathy of somewhat powerful of your local journalists who have a public forum.
Slippery, slimy...one of his favorite tactics is to put truly disgusting content out and when he sees any criticism directed to it, he pulls it down or seeds a balancing for his benefit content. Fabricated usually under different avatars.
I am going to call out now: "The Strange Case of Shawnee Ryan" which is trolled constantly for all these years and is the creation of a man named MICHAEL MAYER.
I met this individual once: for less than 5 to 10 minutes; 16 years ago.
You longtime locals, and surely the Garfield County Sheriff's Department and the Glenwood Springs Post Independent/Aspen Times (SWIFT COMMUNICATIONS/JOHN STROUD/JOHN COLSON), remember this prolific Troll as "FourMileMikey" and "someguyincolorado" (seeds his comments sections on all his sites with the latter) and his Colorado creation: "Pay Back Pal" blog.
My now deceased son, one of my daughters and I have now been stalked by him and his internet creations for years, as recently as within the past two weeks.
He did express to me, during that one and only few minutes sixteen years ago and when my son was still alive; a desire for the 'fame' he thought he might get if he wrote about me. Claimed he has a Glenwood Springs based attorney that he "consults" on content. (Hmmm...maybe someday he and that 'attorney' will get some measure of fame. If and when he does: 99.9% probability that there is truthful 'fame' catching up to him at that time). Rather than the nothing but conjecture that he sits in his darkened internet cave creating (...it's not 'researched fact', Mikey when your "facts" come from falsity to begin with...). Often he will "cut and run" by deleting comments when exposed. But always leaving the bulk of whatever filth he created behind.
Let's try some exposure:

And take it down. Leave my deceased son, my surviving family and I alone. Get a life. Start a purely fishing blog or something. Join the rest of the "Architects" named on this blog. Amuse yourself using up planet space by posting funny pet videos or pictures of your food on social media. Go to school, get a law degree and learn to be a viable part of the justice system. For the Universe's sake! At least find out all facts before you write!
Most of all, only write about those you actually know, if you absolutely must continue to live as a Troll.
ANYTHING could be better than forcing the internet to listen to your bloviating.
Rambling nonsense that, in reality (obviously), you know nothing about.
And your targeting of a very young and vulnerable young man who was incapable of defending himself is utterly contemptible: Here's a comment from a reader of this blog, that I have been holding on to for moderating, for a few years now: Back when all was viral created against myself and my family on the internet, it was comments like this one on their creations using my identity instead of their own, that my (at the time very vulnerable and still just a young man) son had to view towards his mother. His sister, Sarah Hyatt, encouraging him to all along the way. As stated elsewhere on this blog, she no longer gets a free pass because she's blood. It's long past time for her to move on. I was exceptionally cleared of her accusations, many years ago, by law enforcement and district attorney. Her preying on anyone since is contemptible. Groomed by others or not. No more free passes, Sarah. (BTW, "Mikey": I see she has always been your avid follower. Including watching her back in the day on GSPI when your moniker of: "FourMileMikey" was often used). The internet is forever, buddy. My, my, my. What a legacy you are leaving behind. Chasing the woman and her family that you met one time, 16 years ago, for less than 10 minutes and keeping it all active decades later. Enjoying "Fame"? Reveling in the "quality" of "people" who you think seemingly "adore" you?
How about real time now? Does any of this make you want to vomit yet? It should. You'll never fully get rid of it. If so, that feeling, if you're human at all, will never go away.
But you can ease it by simply taking your blog down. "

I see you are still trying to reach 'the brass ring', Michael.
Think, man.
Get a clue.
You will never reach it because nothing in this case happened to you. Not a thing. You are nothing more than a "creature" preying on us trying to get 2 seconds of the "fame" you said you wanted.
You have no idea of facts as everything you do is foundation based on falsity in the first place. Trying to ride my coat-tails now, as I move forward, makes you nothing more than an, obvious to the web...'Joke' that you are. Everything you post, including comments; is mired in the 'Joke' you are. You have no legitimacy. You are just a mean, cruel Troll riding on the wake of something that hurt and cut deeply so very many people.
I have just now given you roughly 3 more months out of your miserable, wasted life. To do the right thing and shut yourself down. Instead of doing so, you still are trying to cling to me and my family.
You will not get, directly; any more of my life, Michael.
